- Individuals are accountable for their actions and decisions while representing the company.
- Ethical concerns, potential conflicts of interest, or breaches of this Code must be reported promptly to the Managing Director.
6. Professionalism & Excellence
- Services, programmes, and interactions with clients or stakeholders should reflect professionalism, reliability, and high standards.
- Continuous improvement, learning, and ethical decision-making are encouraged.
7. Environmental & Social Responsibility
- Decisions should consider environmental impact, community engagement, and social responsibility, in line with our CSR and ESG commitments.

- Concerns, questions, or reports of potential breaches can be raised confidentially with the Managing Director.
Governance & Review
The Managing Director, Antoinette Dale Henderson, is responsible for the enforcement, monitoring, and annual review of this Code to ensure ongoing relevance and alignment with legal and ethical standards.
