About Antoinette Dale Henderson
Antoinette Dale Henderson is an award-winning speaker, executive coach and founder of the Gravitas Programme, a “life changing” leadership development course which has accelerated the career potential of thousands of managers, leaders and business owners and enabled them to speak with authenticity, confidence and credibility.
With over 25 years’ experience in leadership communications, she works globally, delivering strategically-driven, results-orientated and unique masterclasses that make a powerful difference to executives, boards and top teams.
As a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association and the Global Speakers Federation, she’s regularly invited to deliver keynotes and speak on panels about gravitas, leadership and promoting the cause of women in business. She is a regular speaker for VISTAGE, the global organisation for MDs, CEOs and leaders and delivered her first TEDx, Gender Equality: The New Power Dynamic, in October 2019.
She is author of two books. The first, ‘Leading with Gravitas: Unlock the Six Keys to Impact and Influence‘ has been extensively featured in the mainstream media including Forbes, the Daily Telegraph, HR Magazine and Management Today. Her second book, ‘Power Up: The Smart Woman’s Guide to Unleashing Her Potential’, explores the challenges faced by women in the workplace and presents an inspirational route map to success. and is packed with powerful techniques for increasing visibility and recognition, with step-by-step guidance on supercharging your career, finding your inner strength and getting your voice heard.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she’s trusted by senior leaders to deliver a blend of support, challenge, empathy and insight. Before setting up her business, she spent 16 years holding senior positions in some of the world’s top PR agencies.

Sian Richardson
Sian started working in the area of role-play/coaching and drama-based training some 20 years ago, having trained as an actor at The Arts Educational School, London.
With a teaching qualification and CBT Counselling Diploma it seemed to be an ideal parallel career to acting, and one that soon became dominant.
A majority of the work she now does is as a facilitator/coach and trainer, using the skills and experience obtained in the vast variety of industries she has been fortunate enough to work in.
As a trainer, she works globally at all levels and on a variety of courses, often devising training events to meet the needs of the client.
She works as a presenter at large high-profile corporate/retail events, often combining this with speaker training for others taking part i.e. Microsoft.
Her particular interest/expertise lies in ‘developing the authentic self’, ‘presenting with impact ‘interviewing techniques’ and ‘storytelling’. She worked as Penguin Randoms House’s licenced Story-teller for 19 years and is a passionate believer in the use of story in business and its effectiveness at communicating memorable messages.
Recent credits, for which she is particularly proud, include: 100% success rate in coaching senior managers of a big 4 accountancy firm to achieve partner level within the firm and helping a CEO to devise and deliver a powerful TEDtalk for an industry conference.
Sean Wilton
Sean has nearly twenty-five years’ experience of working in the drama-based training world.
Prior to this, he trained and worked as a professional actor on stage and screen for over ten years, before realising that the skills he had learned could be applied to the corporate sphere.
Since then, Sean has worked globally and across sectors as both a writer, facilitator and business actor, specialising in behavioural/communication and presentation/pitching skills. He is a fervent advocate of experiential learning and of helping individuals elevate their skills to the next level whilst retaining their authenticity.
Sean has worked with leaders, graduates and all the grades in between. He has also had the absolute privilege of working with many GB Olympic & Paralympic athletes, helping them in how to craft and articulate their stories for corporate audiences.
Sean’s style is described by colleagues and clients as warm, intuitive and passionate.
Danny Charles
Danny has worked in drama-based training for over 25 years as a role player, facilitator and he has also written and devised workshops.
His career has encompassed both the public and private sectors. For several years he was one of the lead facilitators on the Hello London Programme, which worked with London’s 26,700 bus drivers on their customer service skills. The last three years, he has been a facilitator with a large engineering company’s leadership programme.
His experience includes forum theatre, bespoke and role play events with charities, several government organisations and the United Nations. During that time, he has worked on some national training campaigns. Danny wrote and facilitated a workshop on mental health for the Chief Midwifery Officer Summit, in Manchester, just prior to the Covid outbreak.
He has, for the past 20 years, worked with and volunteered for the Donor Conception Network, a charitable organisation set up to help parents and children conceive using donated sperm, eggs and gametes. He regularly runs their Telling and Talking and Destination Parenthood workshops, as well as hosting evening discussions groups.
Kate Craven
Kate’s background in leadership positions in the Financial Services Sector gives her a very practical approach to developing others.
Kate is passionate about creating and facilitating impactful, challenging and engaging development programmes that initiate lasting behavioural change.
Kate’s aim is to ground her programmes in the real world, exploring business challenges and opportunities and helping delegates. She specialises in the field of leadership and management development, enabling leaders to identify their purpose and create paths to success.
Lainey Mitchell
Lainey’s philosophy about coaching is that it provides a unique and highly personalised learning opportunity for an individual to identify and attain their true potential.
Through clear goal setting, active listening, and a non-judgmental mind set, she explores and challenges an individual’s thinking, builds on their past successes, and enables them to find solutions within themselves that get the best from their talents and passions.
Her objective is to support businesses in improving their organisational effectiveness and performance through one-to-one coaching. With a background in HR, she has a wealth of experience across numerous sectors and has worked with a range of clients including: The Walt Disney Company, Discovery Channel and Expedia.com. She has a warm, positive, and practical approach, and is capable of building rapport and putting people at their ease so as to create a safe and productive learning environment.
