Teams often form and re-form due to a merger or some other re-organisation. It can be exciting, but also stressful, with jostling for position, unclear ways of working and conflicting priorities taking up valuable time and headspace.
We partner with clients on a strategic approach to teambuilding, designing interventions to remove blockers that get in the way of productivity, move a team quickly from the ‘storming’ to ‘performing’ stage, and defining the culture they want to create as they go.
Designing an intervention to
suit you and your team
We deliver an agenda that takes your team on a journey, whether it’s starting from scratch with a vision, mission and values, establishing ways of working, or uniting everyone around a common goal. As the leader, you’ll be free to participate, or observe and build those all-important relationships.
Options range from a half-day offsite through to a phased intervention. We gently take people out of their comfort zones, help them to bond, but also turn words and concepts into actions and experiences. Deep thinking is accompanied by fun, creative and sometimes surprising experiences.
