  • P: people – which people will be there & what’s their objective?
  • R: role – what role am I playing?
  • A: attitude – what attitude do I need to have?
  • H: hear – what am I going to hear?
  • S: say – what am I going to say?
  • Increasing or decreasing your presence using body language, voice, eye contact and clothing
